By accessing or using Investor Matchers (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
Investor Matchers provides a curated database of investors and a tool that ranks entries in that database against a stage and sector you select. The Service is provided for informational purposes to help you prioritize your own outreach. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does not guarantee introductions, funding, or any outcome.
3. No refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, in full or in part, once access has been granted, regardless of how much of the database or how many matches you have viewed or exported. Please review the sample matches and description of what's included before purchasing.
4. Data accuracy
Investor information (including contact details, fund focus, and stage) is compiled from a mix of public sources and manual tagging. We do not guarantee that any entry is current, complete, or accurate. Contact details, focus areas, and fund status can change without notice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it or using it for outreach.
5. Acceptable use
You may use exported match lists for your own fundraising outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the underlying database, in whole or in part, to any third party.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investor Matchers and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of any investor outreach you conduct.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Privacy Policy

1. What this covers
This policy describes how Investor Matchers handles information when you use this site. It does not cover the privacy practices of third-party services we link to or rely on, such as Stripe (payments) or Google Calendar (call booking) — those are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. What we collect
This tool runs entirely in your browser. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your stage, sector selections, or match results. The only piece of information saved locally is a small marker in your browser's storage indicating whether you've unlocked full access, so you aren't asked to pay again on return visits. This marker never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
3. Payments
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Stripe's use of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
4. Call bookings
If you book a discovery call, that scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's booking page, governed by Google's own privacy policy. We receive only what you choose to share when booking or on the call itself.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage (not cookies) solely to remember that you've unlocked access. No tracking or analytics scripts are embedded in this tool.
6. Your data isn't sold
Since we don't collect personal data through this tool itself, there is nothing of yours to sell or share with third parties beyond what's described above.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
